Tracy Care Center at 2151 West Grant Line Road, Tracy, California.

My husband got to his appointment 5 mins late and Dr. Vargara refused to see him. When they make patients wait it's fine and they really appreciate it but when patient is running only 5 mins late, they reschedule them!!! My husband needed his evaluation and prescription fillled ASAP, but they don't care. We are new here and needed to establish care with new doctor. I feel that they only cared about themselves and have no regard fot patients needs as they claimed that they were going to be behind because HE WAS 5 MINS LATE!! I find it very insensitive and Rude!!!! Our family will never be seeing Dr. Vargara!!!
Oh and they just moved to a new location last week, we have never been to this location before. They should have some patience with patients at least.
